In 1927, Jan Wessel – a Norwegian, founded the Jan Wessel Radiofabrikk Radionette, which produced the country’s first radios connected to the power grid (when battery solutions were popular). In 1948, the company began producing loudspeakers for its own radio sets, and C.C. Norgaard Madsen was employed as a designer. Two years later, Wessel and Madsen decided to separate the speaker business in order to be able to sell them to other radio producers in Norway and abroad. Meanwhile, the demand for new types of radio receivers was so great that Radionette quickly became extremely successful. In 1950-1958, 224 thousand Kur\u00e9r models were produced and in 1968 a new production hall was built. Yet, 4 years later, due to financial problems, Radionette was taken over by Tandberg, which also did not withstand the economic downturn and went bankrupt in 1978. Currently, the right to the Radionette trademark is in the hands of Elkjop, which produces electronic equipment mainly in Asia.<\/p>\n

Radionette TK 230 are 2-way speakers from the early 70s, which surprise the listener with their selectivity and soft sound. They also maintain high dynamics, and the bass is deep and pleasing to the ear thanks to the large, good-quality woofer.<\/p>\n

The enclosure has been completely revitalized. Amazaque wood adds amazing charm to the speakers. High quality finishing screws. The wood finish is Chinese oil produced from natural oils. The wood is pleasant to the touch.<\/p>\n

Included are two speaker cables with a cross section of 2 \u00d7 2.5mm – length 2x5m<\/p>\n

The set is 100% functional, the speakers are in perfect condition. Collector’s set.<\/p>\n
